Law Of Attraction Tips - Lesson 2

Today, we'll do an exercise that is going to show you physical proof of how manifestation works and how quickly it can happen too. This exercise will work for you even if you never manifested anything and don't really believe or know if the law of attraction is real. Therefore, please give this exercise a try.
For this exercise you will need enough space for mobility. Spread both your arms out from your body (like a bird) and if you're not touching anything, that's about the amount of space you will need for this exercise.
The Exercise (for best results, please read the following steps completely before doing the exercise)
1. Stand up. Position your feet shoulder width apart. Raise your arm directly in front of you. Point your index finger (between your middle finger and thumb) like you are pointing at something directly in front of you. Now twist the upper-half of your body to the left. From the waist up, turn your shoulders; keep your arm and finger directly in front of you as you follow your upper body movement. Make sure to keep your feet and legs in the same fixed position as the rest of you moves. Twist your upper body as far as you can, but don't strain yourself or cause any discomfort. Take a visual note where your finger is pointing on the wall or whatever your finger landed when you could no longer twist your upper body any further.
2. Close your eyes and imagine/ visualize the same steps in step 1. In other words, do not actually physically twist your body again, but use your mental eye to vividly imagine yourself twisting, except this time imagine yourself twisting your body and finger even further. Next, imagine yourself twisting your body back to the original position before you twisted your upper body.
3. Keep your eyes closed and imagine pointing as far as you can again. Visualize it so clear that it feels as if it is actually happening physically, but this time imagine your body twisting and your finger pointing even further. Again, visualize yourself coming back around to a normal standing position.
4. One more time with your eyes still closed imagine your body twisting so far that you are literally pointing behind you or even to the other side of your body with painless effort, flexible ease, and enjoyment. Now visualize coming back to the standing position.
5. Open your eyes and twist your upper body with your finger pointing as far as you can physically (without over extending or hurting yourself) while keeping your knees straight and notice how much further you can twist/ point compared to the first time you tried!
This works on everyone who can follow these simple instructions above. It does not matter if you feel your visualization skills are not up to the part or if you think your imagination is weak. Everyone has his or her unique way of visualizing and imagining so you cannot fail or get it wrong, except by not trying it at all.
If you did the whole exercise again you would be able to twist/ point even further. This works because the brain cannot recognize the difference between our imagination/ visualization versus our perceiving reality. Yet, what does this mean? It means that if you visually imagine something, vividly, many times, your brain will produce that result!

I hope this exercise helped you to understand that the manifesting capabilities are natural to who and what you are already. You are a phenomenal magnificence being with the power to attract and manifest the reality you desire and deserve!
